Winegrowing at Ingenhof is a truly unique experience in Schleswig-Holstein. Nestled between rolling hills and the nearby Baltic Sea, our vines thrive in nutrient-rich soils. The maritime climate and our sustainable cultivation methods ensure fresh, expressive wines.
- Summer months: During this time, wine sales primarily take place in the Feldcafé. The wine shed also opens on weekends when the weather is nice, offering expert wine advice in a pleasant atmosphere.
- Winter months: From October to Easter the field café is closed, but you can purchase our farm shop products and gift baskets in the wine shed during office hours.
