For the cultivation of our strawberries and raspberries, we are now looking for a qualified and motivated fruit farmer to support our farm manager.

Are you versatile and interested in actively participating in both external trade and the organizational aspects of berry harvesting and marketing? Then we should definitely get to know each other! We are a diverse family business located in the heart of Holstein Switzerland, operating 250 hectares of arable land, with 40 hectares of strawberries, 2 hectares of raspberries, and 8 hectares of vineyards.

Your tasks include:

• In protected specialty crop cultivation:
• Assistance in organizing and carrying out the harvest of strawberries and raspberries
• Office organization for berry harvest:
• Implementation and control of all necessary documentation in fruit growing
• Optimizing workflows and processes
• Assistance in planning the orientation of fruit and berry cultivation to customer needs and on-farm processing
• Temporary work during peak periods in open-field fruit growing and arable farming
